Strangely Never Strangers!

Strangers! Were we ever?
Roaming in a virtual world
We stumbled upon each other.

Books was it, or those songs
When my fingers typed those lines long
You would hum, I would stare
All make believe , our hearts would bare!

Make believe life and a life mundane
We did drift apart, the gift of time
Yet after those years like phoenix rose love
We stared stupefied, was she having last laugh!

Strangers we never were
The lines I typed, came from you
In dismay we did stare
Weaved life, weaved love, spinned dreams
On a  thread barely there!
