My ‘Papa’

My first friend, my buddy and my Superhero,
Who never scolded me even though I got a zero.
My father, my guide and my supporter,
Who’ll always be my rescuer.

When you look at us you won’t see a difference,
And will be shocked by the resemblance.
With this I also got your anger and creativity,
I wish I was more like you- so witty.

Thank you for the love and happiness,
I’m sure even after many years it won’t be any less.
Our fights and voices will still be loud,
But one day I will make you proud.

You are the best papa in the universe,
Thank you for making all my wishes come true.
Thank you for giving me the best life,
I love you.
