2.   What inspired you to begin writing? Please share your writing journey.

Reading and more reading! And when you want to share the stories, life throws at you!

3.   Which genres or themes do you love writing the most?

Relationships, Romance, Life, Travel

4.   Where do most of your writing ideas come from?

Mostly from my own life!

5.   What comes first for you — plot, character, or emotion?

Emotions!

6.   Who is one writer or storyteller that has influenced your work?

Lots of Bengali story tellers, Amitav Ghosh

7.   What kind of books do you like to read?

Fiction, Historical Fiction, Short Stories, Travelogues

8.   A writer you admire ?

Shirshendu Mukhopadhyay, Amitav Ghosh

9.   Your comfort read — one book you can read again and again?

Sunil Ganguly's Pratham Alo, Tagore's short stories, Amitav Ghosh s Hungry Tide

10.   If you could give only one writing tip to aspiring authors, what would it be?

Read more to write more!

11.   The hardest part about writing?

Lack of content and lack of inspiration

12.   The most rewarding part about writing?

When people stop for a second and appreciate

When my husband's cousin, after reading my blogs, introduced me to Rakhi Sunil Kumar, the creator of StoryBerrys!

It gave me a platform, an identity as a writer, a whole interview on Youtube, and felt nothing short of a celebrity!! 

StoryBerrys has stood by me even when I'm practically without any story!
