This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between StoryBerrys ("Platform", "We", "Us") and the undersigned Creator ("Creator", "You") who submits content for publication on StoryBerrys.

By submitting any content to StoryBerrys, the Creator agrees to the terms and conditions set out below. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.

1. Purpose

StoryBerrys is a digital storytelling platform dedicated to Celebrating Stories. This Agreement defines the rights and responsibilities of Creators whose content is published on the platform.

2. Ownership & Copyright

The Creator retains full ownership and copyright of the submitted work. Submission to StoryBerrys does not transfer copyright ownership to the Platform.

3. License Granted to StoryBerrys

By submitting content, the Creator grants StoryBerrys a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Publish and display the work on the StoryBerrys website and official platforms
• Promote the work on social media, newsletters, and marketing material
• Archive the work as part of StoryBerrys' content library

4. Originality & Creator Warranties

The Creator warranties to submit:

• The work that is original, does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• And does not contain defamatory, obscene, hateful, or unlawful content

5. Indemnification

The Creator agrees to be responsible for the content they submit and to indemnify StoryBerrys against claims arising from copyright infringement, violation of third-party rights, or unlawful content, to the extent such claims result from the Creator's breach of this Agreement.

6. Editing, Moderation & Removal

StoryBerrys reserves the right to edit content for grammar, formatting, clarity, or length without altering the core meaning.

StoryBerrys may refuse, remove, or unpublish content at its discretion, with or without notice.

7. Refusal to Publish

All submissions are reviewed prior to publication. StoryBerrys reserves the right to refuse publication of any content that, in its judgment, does not comply with applicable laws, platform policies, or editorial standards.

8. Republishing Rights

The Creator is free to republish the work elsewhere, including personal blogs or other platforms.

StoryBerrys appreciates acknowledgment as the original publishing platform where reasonably possible.

9. Credit & Attribution

All published works will be credited to the Creator using the name provided at submission.

The Creator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Creator details.

10. Submissions by Minors

Creators under the age of 18 may submit work only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By submitting work on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian confirms acceptance of this Agreement.

11. Monetary Rewards & Payments

Only Creators enrolled in the StoryBerrys Creator Reward Program are eligible for monetary rewards, subject to the terms outlined in the applicable program document.

12. Removal of Content

Upon a written request from the Creator, StoryBerrys may remove the content from public display. The Creator acknowledges that content previously archived or used for promotional, marketing, or editorial purposes may continue to exist.

13. Limitation of Liability

StoryBerrys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from publication or use of the content.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through mutual discussion.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.

15. Acceptance

Submission of content to StoryBerrys constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

16. Artificial / Manipulated Engagement

Artificial or unethical engagement may lead to disqualification from rewards or removal of content.

17. Account Suspension and Restriction

StoryBerrys may, at its sole discretion, suspend, limit, or terminate access to the platform if a Creator engages in repeated violations, system abuse, policy breaches, or conduct harmful to the platform or its community.

18. Modification of Terms Clause

StoryBerrys may revise this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

19. No Partnership / Employment Clause

Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee, partnership, or agency relationship between the Creator and StoryBerrys.
