Read part 1 – https://www.storyberrys.com/2021/11/06/a-nextgen-workplace-balance-of-life/
In continuation with my earlier article, I am sharing the survey data. The analysis of the complete data is in the Research paper which can be downloaded from http://www.ijsrp.org/research-paper-1021.php?rp=P11811719
In this study, a new approach of ‘Balance of Life’ at the workplace is proposed for having a balanced and integrated relationship between various aspects of the lives of working professionals. This perspective is to challenge the current paradigm that focuses on finding the balance between only family and work commitments. An online survey was launched to collect the primary data, in November 2020. The participants were executive professionals employed in Government, Public sector, Private, MNC subsidiaries in India. A total of 251 entries were received, of which 129 were found fully completed and are used for statistical analysis.
Total 51 questions were asked, divided into 5 sections. The questions were asked in different ways to explore the underlying thinking of the respondents.
The survey data reveals an interesting pattern. Please check out.
